Orders up to the value of $72 are shipped in Australia for $15.00 flat rate. 

Orders over the value of $100 are shipped in Australia for FREE.

For candles to be shipped to the rest of the world, please contact W.D Fragrance at for a shipping quote prior to purchasing. 

Dispatching online orders 

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours (Monday - Friday).

If it takes longer to dispatch your order or we experience stock issues, we will let you know straight away by email. Once your order is dispatched you will be emailed the tracking details. 


Returns must be lodged within 7 days of receipt to

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original non-damaged packaging. 

W.D Fragrance does not cover the cost of delivery on returned items. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure the item is returned for processing. We suggest the purchaser uses tracking when returning all items. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once your returned item(s) is processed we will provide you with an online store credit.


We only refund items if they are defective or damaged. 
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and we will provide you with a return address.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a refund will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
